Hids Copse Brochure for Kemp & Kemp Residential
The Requirement - A 20 page 140mm x 297mm brochure printed in full colour plus Pantone Gold plus Pantone Silver onto 250gsm silk art board, with the pictures being spot UV varnished. The cover was printed in black only both sides onto 250gsm GMund Bier Ale board. The cover was blind embossed in one place with a tree logo.
Quantity of 500.This project was a marketing tool in the sale of a property in Oxford.
The Suppliers
The 250gsm silk art board was supplied by McNaughtons Paper of Bristol.
The printing was undertaken in Newbury by Quadgraphics.
The GMund Biere Ale board was supplied by G. F. Smith Specialist Papers.
The embossing was undertaken by Blockfoil of Bristol.
The UV varnishing was produced by Wiltshire Finishing of Swindon.
The finishing was carried out by G&T Finishers of Swindon.The Impresario Process - This job started off with a telephone call from the designer, asking if we could come up with reddy brown, uncoated board for an 'all singing, all dancing property brochure.'
This finally progressed to the above product via numerous 'phone calls and e-mails, several hundred miles of transporting various piles of paper to a range of different suppliers and more miles seeing the job in production in 4 different locations.
The property sold for nearly £15,000 more than the asking price and I like to think that Impresario had a significant part in that success.

Exeter Citizen Council Newspaper for JJC Design
The Requirement - A 12 page 400mm x 290mm newspaper printed in full colour onto 80gsm Cyclus 100% recycled uncoated bond. The finishing of folding, stitching and trimming was done in-line, but the extra endorse folding was done off-line.
Quantity of 55,000.
This is a quarterly production for Exeter City Council which is delivered to all households in Exeter.

The 80gsm Cyclus was supplied by McNaughtons Paper of Bristol.
The printing and finishing was undertaken by BGP of Bicester.
The delivery was prescheduled and performed by HM Post Office Swindon.
